Ashe Construction achieves Investors in People Accreditation – Dec 2011
Ashe Construction is pleased to announce that it is now proud holder of an Investors in People accreditation. Following an extensive review of its policies and procedures, Ashe Construction invited the Investors In People’s assessment team to come and review its application.
Following two days of rigorous scrutinyof systems and staff interviews the IIP team was able to make its decision to accept Ashe’s application.
The team concluded that “Ashe Construction has many well established people management and development processes in place that have been developed and improved over the last three years in particular.” It went on to say that the senior management team “…makes sure the organisation has a clear purpose and vision supported by a strategy for improving its performance” ensuring that “the organisation has a business plan with measurable performance objectives.”
Ashe Construction’s managing director said: ” We are delighted to have received the Investors in People accreditation and will now look to drive further improvement in this area to ensure that Ashe remains ahead of the competition.”
