Main Works
Ashe Main Works undertakes major projects across the whole spectrum of construction sectors. Many of our projects are for clients who return to us again and again because they know we will deliver what we promise – exceptional standards of project management, workmanship, and aftercare. We’re creative and flexible and can respond to our clients’ needs. Most importantly, we can be relied upon to complete our work on time and on budget.
Special Works
The division delivers small to mid-range projects through traditional and design & build forms of contract and specialises in strategic alliances and framework agreements with local authorities and public sector bodies across the central belt of the UK. Through organisations like SMARTE EAST and SCAPE the division offers an unrivalled service, meeting the needs of the communities we serve in the most efficient way.
Our work in this area is varied and includes the whole range of construction services and repairs and maintenance. We have particular specialism in the education sector, helping to improve the facilities for thousands of children stretching from Derbyshire to Essex.

Repairs & Maintenance
We asked our clients what they wanted and they told us they needed a flexible ‘no ties’ repairs & maintenance service that didn’t cost the earth. They wanted reliable help, when they need it. Ashe repairs & maintenance is just that – an informal ‘here-to-help’ service which mobilises the right team to get the job done.
Repairs and maintenance undertakes projects through traditional contracts and strategic frameworks and alliances.
Specialising in working for schools, the division will undertake any type of maintenance work to solve problems as they arise, or take preventative measures to ensure your facilities have a long working life.
