The project consists of the construction of a new single storey primary school and associated external hard and soft landscaping works on an existing green field site located in Warwick.

The primary school building sub-structure will consist of mass concrete poured strip foundations, sub-structure brick/blockwork, concrete floor slabs and underground drainage/service connections. The main shell of the new building is to be formed with structurally insulated panel’s (SIP’s) which are pre-fabricated off-site and then erected on-site to form external walls, roof and internal walls. Externally the building will have a standing seam roof, aluminium facsia’s/soffit’s and RWG’s, render and brick slip cladding to external walls and aluminium powder coated windows and doors.

Internally building will have a full M&E fit out, joinery works, plasterboarding and skim, floor insulation and screed, reflective ceilings, decorations, floor coverings and fixed furniture.

Externally, hard landscaping works will be completed to form new car parking, footpaths and playground areas. Soft landscaping package will be completed around school building area and new boundary fence line will be erected.

This project is phase 1 of 2 which is planned to provide school places for the local community & the increased growth & new housing estate which is also under construction.
