Our trainees and apprentices are our emerging talent both on site and in our offices.

Our apprenticeships partner, TrAC,  works with a wide range of contractors to find suitable placements for apprentices (typically 6 months but this is variable) thereby matching the right young people with the most suitable opportunities. When one placement ends TrAC finds work for the apprentice with a different employer. Training and formal study is organised by TrAC and CITB and ensures that on the job training meets the needs of the apprenticeship.

Alongside our apprentices and trainees we have a number of staff undertaking continued professional development, with Ashe having invested in the existing talent within the company. These include NVQ levels 3, 4, and 5, university studies, NVQ Construction Management courses, and Chartered Construction Management accreditations.
